We offer trackable Stardard and Express shipping options within Australia. 
Prices are calculated based on the weight of your total order. 
You will be issued a tracking number via email on the completion of your order ( please check your junk mail folders ).
Orders are usually packed and shipping within 24hours. 
Small delays may occur during busy sale periods.
Please allow 2-3 Extra Working Days for Western Australia + Rural Orders.

0-500 grams $10 AUD
500 grams-3 kilograms $15 AUD
3 kilograms and above $20 AUD
Express  Shipping
( 2-4 Working Days)
0-500 grams $15 AUD
500 grams-3 kilograms $20 AUD
3 kilograms and above $ 25 AUD
International Orders
International orders are shipped via Australia Post using reliable postage services. 
International delivery times vary between 5 - 15 business days of shipping, plus customs processing time. 
Prices are calculated based on the weight of your total order. 
Delays caused by parcels being held in customs is out of our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes so please contact your local customs authority for all details and rates.
HAZEL + FOLK is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be applicable.  
Our shipping service allows full tracking on orders sent to the following countries:
Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, South Korea, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, USA
No tracking is available for Countries not listed above. 
Standard International Shipping: 
0-500 grams $25 AUD
500 grams- 1 kilogram $40 AUD
1 kilogram- 2kilogram $65 AUD
2 kilograms and above $85 AUD
Please note we will be unable to send your order unless the correct shipping is selected. 
International Express Orders
If you would like your International Order sent Express, Please Contact us at prior to making your order. We will then issue you an additional invoice for the added Express Post Costs. We do our best to process orders as soon as possible, so unless we are informed prior to making your purchase or immediately after your purchase, we can not garuntee that this option will still be available.  
We will happily issue a refund on full price items that are faulty or do not fit if :

- the items are in original unworn condition, with all tags attached and original packaging

- you notify us via email your intention to return an item within 3 days of receiving it

- the item is return to us via a trackable shipping method within 10 days of receiving the item ( international shipping times are taken into consideration, but the item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving it ) 

An email must be sent to prior to returning the item for approval. 

 If an item is returned without following these guidelines, a refund may be refused. 

Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for change of mind. 


Please send your items using trackable shipping to ensure safe delivery. If item does not reach us safely within the allocated timeframe we will be unable to process your return.

Return shipping at customers expense and original shipping costs can not be refunded.

Please follow care instructions carefully, as most of our items are very unique and delicate. We are unable to offer refunds if items have been treated incorrectly.

Most of our products are hand made and coloured in small batches, using gentle dyes. Due to the lack of chemicals use, this can result in small colour runs, or fading in areas. 
Please cold hand wash your garments in gentle laundry liquid + dry flat in the shade to avoid any colour runs or fading. Always follow the care label.

How do I return an item? 

Email within 3 days of receiving your order, with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT APPROVAL - or your return may be refused.

Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.
Beauty Return Policy: We are unable to process returns for opened and used beauty products. All products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
