Our model Sophie featured here wears a size XS/S in the Espresso colour. Her measurements are: Bust 91cm, Waist 76cm, Hips 98cm, Height 172cm tall. We aim to have more diverse models and their measurements online very soon to help everyone with more sizing information.

Fitting Notes:

The waist measurement in our flat lay size guide has the elastic relaxed (ie, not stretched out). The elastic around the waist is a soft elastic which allows for generous movement, and flexibility with sizing. When we consider sizing, we feel that the waist measurement is the least important to worry about as it stretches and contracts easily. The bust is designed to drape. This piece features inner lining on the bust and on the bottom just above the splits for added coverage. The front ties allow the dress to be tied at the front or at the back, with multiple ways of tying the dress. This dress may also be altered by a dressmaker to customise it to your measurements.

The Melody Maxi dress is plunge bra friendly, bump friendly & breastfeeding friendly.

If in doubt or in between sizes, we advise to size down as the dress has a lot of give to it and was designed to be an oversized item.
