RETURNS + EXCHANGES

REFUNDS
.
We will happily issue a refund on full price items if:

- The items are in original condition, with all tags attached

- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed

- You notify us via email your intent to return an item within 3 days of receipt

- The items are faulty.  If you think your order may have a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assist you.

- The items received are different to the goods you have ordered

- The items are  neatly packaged and returned within the allocated time frame

- The item is return to us via a trackable shipping method within 10 days of receiving the item ( international shipping times are taken into consideration, but the item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving it ). 

Once your return has been received and inspected we will refund you by your original payment method. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty.

- If you wish to return your purchase for a credit note, we will issue a credit of 110% of your order value excluding shipping costs. This credit (in the amount of your paid price minus shipping, plus 10%) will be emailed to you once your return has been processed, and will be available use via our website and valid for 6 months from the issue date. Please notify us via email if you wish to return your item for a store credit.

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.

 

RETURNS

- An email must be sent to hello@hazelandfolk.com prior to returning an item for approval. 

- Please send your items using trackable shipping to ensure safe delivery. If item does not reach us safely within the allocated timeframe we will be unable to process your return.

- Return shipping at customers expense and original shipping costs can not be refunded.

- Upon receiving the return item/s, we will assess theme and if it satisfies our requirements we will offer an exchange, credit note or refund. If the garment/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient. 

 

RESTOCKING FEE

BECAUSE WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS, RETURNS FOR REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE. THE 5% WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PURCHASE TOTAL EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT NOTES OR FAULTY ITEMS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unfortunate case you think you may have received a faulty garment please email hello@hazelandfolk.com so we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances.  The fault will be assessed upon the return of the garment and we reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. 

 

SALE ITEMS

- ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL - 
WE CAN'T EXCHANGE, REFUND OR GIVE CREDIT NOTES FOR SALE PURCHASES.

- Any purchase made with a discount code of more than 10% off is considered a Sale Item.

- No returns or refunds on any items purchased with a discount code above 10% off.  Sale conditions then apply.  

- Sample + Seconds items will items will have minor imperfections or irregularities such as, small stains, colour or stitching irregularities, loose buttons, size discrepancies, minor pulls etc
 When purchasing from the Sample + Seconds Sale the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an item is returned without following these guidelines, a refund may be refused. 

 

RECLAIMED RANGE ITEMS

Due to the exclusive nature of our Reclaimed Range, there are no refunds on any items from this range.
Items may only be returned for a store credit or an exchange.
If you have any sizing or style questions, please contact us prior to purchasing.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will only be accepted if:

- The items are in original, unworn condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached 

- The items have not been damaged or washed

- You notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods

- The items are faulty

We do not exchange SALE or SAMPLE + SECONDS items.

Please note we can't always process exchanges due to stock levels and availability. 

 

CARE

Please follow care instructions carefully, as most of our items are very unique and delicate. We are unable to offer refunds if items have been treated incorrectly.

Most of our products are hand made and coloured in small batches, using gentle dyes. Due to the lack of chemicals use, this can result in small colour runs, or fading in areas. 
Please cold hand wash your garments in gentle laundry liquid + dry flat in the shade to avoid any colour runs or fading. Always follow the care label.
