TERMS + CONDITIONS

SHIPPING:
It is a condition of purchase that the customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees imposed by their local customs authorities.  All parcels sent by Hazel + Folk come from our Indonesian warehouse and are sent by DHL with duties and customs unpaid. Please check your country's rules and regulations on importing and buying goods from overseas prior to purchasing as these amounts are subject to change. If your country requires you to pay duties and you choose not to, the item will either be returned to us, held by customs or destroyed and your original shipping fee can not be refunded.
We strongly suggest you consult with your local customs department and also look at http://www.dutycalculator.com/ to understand further about duties and taxes which may apply to your order and may be charged by your country. You can also call your local DHL centre and ask about the possible duties on your order.

Please note the size guides are general and sizes will vary slightly between fabrications. Please email hello@hazelandfolk.com for more information.

DISCOUNTS:
Only one discount code can be applied to each transaction. Discounts can only be processed at the time of purchase, not after.
PRE-ORDERS:

These items will only be available to purchase via pre-order for a limited time, and there will not be any available to purchase at any other time.

 All pre-orders will be processed through the website, and full payment will be taken at the time of checkout. 

  Please purchase any pre-order items in a separate transaction to any in stock items in order to avoid shipment delays or additional shipping costs.

Pre-order shipment dates are made to be as accurate as possible, however sometimes for unforeseen reasons they may be dispatched earlier or later than the set date. In the event that this occurs, we will notify you via email.
Pre-orders can not be cancelled or refunded prior to shipping, so please me certain of your purchase. The same return policies to normal purchases apply once the order has shipped.
Once the orders have been packed and dispatched the you will receive an order shipment confirmation via email and with a tracking number.
PRE-ORDER TERMS + CONDITIONS:
All pre-order items are not yet in stock and cannot be shipped until the advised shipment date.
All pre orders must be paid in full to secure your order and pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
The time frames of arrival are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time. We do our very best to reach these dates.
 
ORDER CANCELLATION:
 Once payment has been made and your confirmation e-mail has been sent, we are unable to cancel orders. We always try and prepare items for immediate shipping, and get them out to our customers as soon as possible. Once this process has commenced we are, unfortunately, unable to comply with any cancellation requests.  
 

Restocking fee:

For orders where 3 pieces of the order or more are returned, a restocking fee of 5% of the value of the order will be applied if all items of the order are returned. This fee assists us to process the costs associated with large returns, clean the items if necessary and transport the items back to our sending warehouse. This fee forms a condition of purchase from Hazel + Folk, and applies to all orders where there are over 3 pieces returned. Do not order if you do not agree to this condition of sale.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation email. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes cannot always be guaranteed. We aim to pack and process orders as promptly as possible, so please do not hesitate to contact us if the incorrect address was given. We highly recommend emailing us immediately after your order is place, however we cannot guarantee instant responses to email enquiries.
 
HAZEL+ FOLK takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated. We are also not liable for any duties or taxes associated with your order incurred by your local customs office.
 
 RECEIPTS + PROOF OF PURCHASE:
We are required to include a Tax Invoice on each parcel for DHL. You will be sent a packing list with your order as well as a Tax Invoice.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
HAZEL + FOLK may occasionally make operational changes to our website or service. We reserve the right to make such alterations without notice or consequence.
Any changes that will affect our customers will be published on our website and will take effect immediately from their time of publication.
